We were very impressed with the service we received from 1st time car sales! Thomas communicated well with us from making the initial appointment through to after sales ensuring we are happy with the car. Having seen some dreadful examples of the same model of car we bought the day before, it was so nice to see the one car we were enquiring about, in a nice setting, all cleaned and ready for us to view it. We could focus on the car without distraction or pressure. Thomas was happy for us to test drive it alone, again taking pressure out of the situation for the first time buyer. The car was we bought is in great condition for its age and was fairly priced with some warranty for added confidence in what we were buying. We are delighted with our ‘new’ car and would highly recommend buying from Thomas at 1st time car sales. We may even break the business model and return for a second car when we next need one!

I found Tom to be honest, extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The car was exactly as described and Tom explained, as well as helped me to complete, the transfer process clearly. He even collected me from the station when I went to collect the car and finalise the paperwork. Driving home I found the car to be exactly how I expected it to be from the description given, and enjoyed my journey. Although I don't expect any problems, I am sure that Tom would give me the same high standard of service that I received when I purchased the car. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for a lovely second hand car. If they give all their customers the same service as I received, I expect them to thrive in the future. He was professional throughout the 2 hour appointment and he never made me feel as though I was asking silly questions. There was no pressure and I felt able to say yes or no without judgement or hesitation. Tom totally understood what I was expecting and reasons and listened with compassion.
